"Double backbone" training reserve talents for China Laos railway operation

China Laos railway is an important project of infrastructure interconnection between China and neighboring countries. At present, the time for the opening and operation of China Laos railway is urgent, and the construction task is heavy. While focusing on the construction of China Laos railway project, China Railway Kunming Bureau Group Co., Ltd. plans and implements talent training in advance, and makes a good talent reserve for the opening and operation of China Laos railway through the "double backbone" training mode.

After the "double backbone" training implementation plan was issued, all departments and units of Kunming bureau group company, through layer by layer screening, identified 180 students with excellent technical and business skills, strong autonomous learning ability, high political awareness and overall situation awareness.

The Lao language training is jointly organized by Kunming Bureau Group Company and Kunming Metallurgy College. It will take a year to carry out the learning and training through the combination of network teaching and centralized teaching, so as to realize the "double skill" of language skills.
