All tunnels of Mujia high speed railway have been completed
After 1036 days of unremitting efforts of builders, the construction of Mujia high-speed railway ushered in a key node on August 10, and Junshan tunnel, the last tunnel, was successfully completed. So far, 34 tunnels along the whole line of Mujia high-speed railway have been completed.
Junshan tunnel is located in Fuyi Town, Jixian County, Shuangyashan City, Heilongjiang Province, with a total length of 4525 meters and a maximum buried depth of 190 meters. The terrain along the tunnel fluctuates greatly, the mountain is high and thick, which is medium and low mountain landform. The whole terrain is high in the middle and gradually decreasing to both ends. The landform vegetation is dense, and the surface soil is mostly coarse breccia soil. The construction passes through 4 faults and 16 geophysical prospecting high-risk abnormal areas.
The construction unit, China Railway No.1 bureau group, takes advanced detection as a means to grasp the surrounding rock conditions in advance, and widely adopts a series of new technologies, new processes and new tooling, such as concrete wet spraying manipulator, waterproof board electromagnetic welding technology, tunnel remote safety monitoring system, tunnel lining construction technology tooling and secondary lining split window pouring technology, to ensure the construction progress and safety quality.
Mujia high speed railway is an important railway construction project in the national medium and long term railway network planning and the 13th five year plan. After the line is opened to traffic, it will build the Eastern Railway ring line of Heilongjiang Province together with Harbin Jiaxing railway and Harbin Mudan high-speed railway, forming a two-hour economic circle in Harbin.
Up to now, the subgrade and bridge erection of Mujia high-speed railway have been completed, laying a solid foundation for the scheduled track laying and connection of Mujia high-speed railway.
