Harbin Bureau Group Company fought all night to repair flood damaged lines

On August 2, the rainfall in some sections of Binzhou, Funen, nenlin, Qibei and other railway lines under the management of Harbin Bureau Group Co., Ltd. of China Railway reached rainstorm level or above, and many sections suffered water damage. The bureau group company made every effort to deal with the rainstorm weather and actively repaired the flood damaged areas. At 3:03 on August 4, with the speed limit opening of Nenjiang hadayang section of nenlin line, all the lines stopped due to the flood disaster were opened.

The bureau group company simultaneously promotes the adjustment of transportation organization and rescue work. In view of the situation that the water level of bridges and culverts exceeded the standard caused by the rainstorm, they issued flood control early warning dispatching orders in time, and implemented blocking lines and stopping passenger trains in some sections of the north, beihei, Funen, nenlin, Yijia, and Tahan, so as to ensure the safety of transportation.

In Qiqihar and Jiagedaqi public works sections, 619 rescue personnel were dispatched to fight all night to rob and unload 26 vehicles of gravel, block stone and rubbles. Nine excavators, three loaders and two groups of rail cars were deployed to repair the water damaged lines. Qiqihar station quickly launched the emergency plan, orderly handled the procedures of refund, change of ticket, etc., and did a good job in passenger service to ensure the orderly transportation.
