Xinxiang bridge section to increase the Yellow River water level observation efforts to ensure the safety of driving in flood season

On August 3, staff of Xinxiang bridge section were inspecting the line equipment of Changdong Yellow River Bridge. In August, affected by the flood discharge in the upper reaches of the Yellow River and heavy rainfall in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River, the water level and discharge of the Yellow River in Henan Province increased significantly compared with the same period last year. In this section, the observation of the Yellow River water level in the pipeline is strengthened, and the frequency of bridge equipment inspection and hidden danger investigation along the line is intensified, so as to ensure the traffic safety in flood season.
