In accordance with the notice requirements on Further Strengthening tunnel safety risk investigation and rectification issued by the Ministry of industry and electricity and safety supervision and administration of China Railway Group, all Railway Bureau Group companies investigate and rectify the hidden dangers of tunnel lining cavity, insufficient thickness, cracks, water leakage, water gushing, construction cold joint and track slab arch. They arrange the inspection cycle according to the risk degree of the line, establish a standing book for the diseases found and strengthen the management; for the tunnels with diseases identified, take speed reduction measures immediately to confirm that the diseases have no impact on the traffic safety or the disease treatment is completed, and the speed can be increased or reached after the inspection and evaluation of the relevant departments; for the problems found in the investigation, the relevant units shall be organized to analyze the causes of the diseases in a timely manner To ensure the responsibility of rectification, implement the rectification plan, and completely eliminate the hidden dangers.
In the process of investigation and rectification, all Railway Bureau Group companies actively mobilize all forces, urge the construction and construction units to provide information and do a good job of cooperation, organize the public works section to carry out comprehensive investigation and rectification with focus and pertinence, strengthen the focus on the control of key links, and effectively improve the efficiency of rectification. They strictly ordered the construction unit and the supervision unit to sign a letter of responsibility, requiring the construction materials and site conditions to be provided in a practical, thorough and unreserved manner; they comprehensively sorted out the construction logs, investigated the key clues such as the cold joint of construction and the cutting of secondary lining of waterproof board, and organized the design units to sort out the plain concrete lining, reinforced concrete lining and protective measures one by one For the plain concrete lining section with steel bars, the construction and supervision units shall check the construction log and supervision log one by one, provide construction cold joints and waterproof board cutting secondary lining places, and give priority to the investigation and verification of plain concrete lining, and the on-site drilling or inspection for those that cannot be visually verified from the lining surface; the key sections and karst water rich sections shall be inspected one by one, which is reasonable The typical section was selected, and the methods of drilling and pressure relief were adopted for investigation.
