In view of the severe flood control situation, China National Railway Group Corporation Limited adheres to the political red line and professional bottom line to ensure the safety of high-speed railway and passenger trains. Focusing on active risk avoidance, it has taken measures to reduce the operation of railway passenger cars in mountainous areas and reduce the speed of passenger trains in some sections, and optimize and adjust the passengers passing through 14 lines including Shanghai Kunming, Nankun, Xiangyu and other key flood control sections Train operation plan, actively prevent safety risks. For passenger trains passing through high-risk lines (sections), relevant railway bureau group companies shall carefully assess the risks according to requirements, and propose specific plans for reducing sections (avoiding high-risk sections) of trains crossing railway bureau group companies. In view of the high-risk mountain railway "slow train", the railway actively connects with the local government, and arranges to operate in the daytime. At the same time, taking into account the needs of commuting along the line, it is arranged to run every other day or several days. In case of continuous thunderstorm and severe convective weather, the railway will take temporary shutdown measures, and the public works, passenger transport and transportation departments will strengthen the docking and make adjustment arrangements in advance. For the delayed passenger trains, the railway fully guarantees the basic services such as catering and water supply for the trains on the way, organizes efforts to do a good job in ticket refund, ticket change, comfort and persuasion, and handles ticket refund for passengers who stop trains for free.
With the popularization and implementation of e-ticket for ordinary speed railway, more than 2400 stations have implemented e-ticket, benefiting more than 95% of railway travelers. As of July 26, 148.822 million high-speed rail e-tickets and 53.359 million ordinary speed railway e-tickets were sold during the summer vacation. All equipment of e-ticket was in normal operation, and the travel experience of passengers was further improved.
All railway bureaus and groups strengthen passenger flow analysis, pay close attention to the change of epidemic situation and the adjustment of territorial prevention and control requirements, use big data to strengthen the analysis and judgment of passenger flow trend, timely adjust the train operation scheme according to the market demand, accurately implement the "one map per day", realize the current driving and full driving; monitor the capacity utilization of each station and the change of remaining tickets in real time, and optimize it in time Adjust ticketing organization strategy. At the same time, the railway pays close attention to the changes of tourism policies around the country, opens up high-quality lines, and adds EMUs in the hot tourism direction, so as to provide transport capacity guarantee for passengers during summer vacation.
