Railway helps 67000 tons of summer grain return to warehouse smoothly
Since June, wheat and rice purchased from northern China by the central grain reserve Kunming Stock Co., Ltd. and Yihai Jiali (Kunming) Food Industry Co., Ltd. have arrived at Zhongyi village station. In the first ten days of July, the daily average of Zhongyi village station reached more than 100 vehicles, which brought great pressure to the transportation and production organization of Zhongyi village station.
Since June, the two enterprises have successively purchased wheat and rice in northern China and transported them to Kunming by railway box cars, gondolas and containers.
In order to ensure the safety and rapid landing of centralized grain, zhongyicun station of Kunming train depot has deeply explored the transportation production potential. According to the idea of "one big point is divided into three small points", three unloading points, namely Xingang railway special line, tengjun logistics railway special line and public freight yard, are fully utilized to disperse the traffic flow.
Before the shift, they made a comprehensive analysis of the traffic flow, types of vehicles to be unloaded and types of goods at Kunming East and shutoupu stations, and worked out the shunting plan scientifically. In the class, they arranged the bulk grain into the special line of Xingang according to the unloading conditions and capacity of each special line, and used mechanical belt to speed up the unloading speed. They increased the loading and unloading labor in public freight yards and improved the unloading efficiency of bagged grain. They also make full use of tengjun logistics modern container unloading advantages to improve the container grain unloading capacity. The two receiving enterprises sent more "station to door" short barges to ensure the smooth unloading of grain.
In order to alleviate the congestion caused by the centralized arrival of grain, the shift system of the dedicated line is optimized and synchronized with the station operation team to realize 24-hour uninterrupted unloading. The unloading capacity is increased from a batch of 15 vehicles to about 27 vehicles.
Since the centralized arrival of grain, the operation team of Zhongyi village station has worked closely together, scientifically formulated the shunting plan, and earnestly implemented the safety standards. The daily average number of shunting hooks increased from more than 90 hooks to more than 110 hooks, ensuring the safe and smooth transportation.
From June 1 to July 19, 1093 vehicles, with a total of 67000 tons of summer grain, were successfully unloaded at Zhongyi village station.
