Successful shipment of 20 ft 35 t general container

At 0:06 on July 6, seven flat cars carrying 14 sets of 20 foot 35 ton general purpose container rice were incorporated into the 40782 freight train, and they left from Fujin station to Jingang station. This marks the first time that the 20 foot 35 ton general container has been used in China Railway Harbin Bureau Group Co., Ltd., adding new members to the logistics products.

Compared with 40 ft TEU and 20 ft 35 t open top container, 20 ft 35 t general container is more convenient for loading and unloading of short barge and safety of transportation. Compared with 40 ft TEU and 20 ft 35 t open top container, 20 ft 35 t general container is more convenient for rail transit and "door to door" transportation. At the same time, it increases the static load of vehicles and avoids the waste of transport capacity. It is the best carrier for carrying high value-added goods such as bagged rice.

The bureau group company decided to conduct the first transportation test at Fujin station in the main rice producing area of Sanjiang Plain. Relevant personnel of Jiamusi train depot and Fujin station worked on site, combined with loading conditions of station yard and special line freight yard and requirements of goods transportation category, studied loading scheme, and conducted business training for field personnel, loading supervisor and forklift driver. On July 4, seven groups of 20 foot 35 ton general containers were successfully loaded in the freight yard of Fujin station.

In order to find suitable container source, Fujin station actively contacted Harbin haotong'an Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. They help enterprises design 25 kg bags of rice packaging, a box can hold 32 tons of rice, a car can save 2000 yuan. Seeing that 448 tons of rice were packed successfully, Xu Hao, the general manager of the enterprise, was overjoyed: "this time, we saved nearly 30000 yuan in freight. This general box is really a treasure box!"
