The bureau group company takes improving locomotive utilization efficiency as an important measure to release the freight channel capacity, focuses on improving the operation level of trains close to the line, clarifies the time standard of changing and hanging at each marshalling station, stopping at intermediate station and taking and delivering at point, so as to promote the delicacy of dispatching command.

The locomotive and transportation departments of the Bureau Group Company sorted out the locomotive operation situation by line and section by section, combined with the traction fixed number of each section and the difference of effective length of arrival departure track, studied and determined the scheme to improve the traction fixed number, and operated 15000 ton and 21000 ton combined heavy haul trains with high quality. The locomotive depots of the bureau group company continuously optimize the train operation by finding out the key points of speed increase through the whole process.
