Track laying of Shanxi section of Taijiao high speed railway completed

On July 10, the track laying of Taiyuan Jiaozuo high-speed railway Shanxi section, an important part of the "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway main channel in the "medium and long-term railway network planning" was completed, laying the foundation for the scheduled opening and operation.

The Shanxi section of Taijiao high-speed railway is about 325.4 kilometers, with a design speed of 250 kilometers per hour. It passes through 14 counties and urban areas of four prefecture level cities: Taiyuan, Jinzhong, Changzhi and Jincheng. Eight new stations, including Taigu East, Yushe West and Wuxiang West, are newly built, and three existing stations in South Taiyuan, xinmingli and Jinzhong are reconstructed.
