Recently, there has been a continuous heavy rainfall process from Guizhou to the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. There are continuous rainstorms or heavy rainstorms along the Xianggui, Jiaoliu, hengliu and other railway lines, resulting in high risk of geological disasters. The flood control office of China National Railway Group Corporation has issued rainstorm warning notices for many times, requiring relevant departments to be on high alert and strictly guard to ensure safety. All railway bureaus and group companies strengthen the inspection of key flood control places, strengthen the inspection of ordinary speed railway in mountainous areas with large rainfall, replace patrol with watchmen when necessary, and monitor the whole coverage; strictly implement the measures of safe driving in flood season, strengthen the joint control of vehicles and machines, and insist on active avoidance of danger, and stop when it is closed, limit, detour and stop when stopping, and put an end to speculative and blind driving. Flood control offices at all levels are on duty day and night, paying close attention to the rain, water and flood conditions, strengthening forecasting and early warning, and supervising and dealing with them well. The station (depot) leaders of relevant stations (depots) such as train maintenance, locomotive maintenance, public works, electrical service, etc. shall be on duty.
It is predicted that this summer, China's climate situation is generally biased, with more extreme weather and climate events, and more waterlogging than drought. The number of typhoons landing in China is more than that in the same period of the year, and the intensity is relatively strong. The situation of flood control and typhoon prevention is grim. At present, the flood control and flood control has entered a critical period. It is absolutely impossible to simply seal and limit the dangerous situation. As for the delay of the train, the passenger transport department shall timely pacify and explain the passengers to ensure the normal supply of water and food in the train.
