Since June, closely around the work deployment of "stabilizing goods and replenishing passengers" of the Party group of China Railway Group, the dispatching department has carefully directed, dug potential, and taken multiple measures to ensure the transportation capacity; closely linked up all links of the transportation organization, fully utilized the unloading capacity, dynamically grasped the unloading situation of key unloading stations, strengthened the organization of heavy vehicle transportation and night unloading, and ensured smooth unloading; increased the support of empty vehicles and empty containers, Priority shall be given to the allocation to the regions with strong demand, and the adjustment of flat car operation shall be strengthened to meet the operation demand of China Europe trains; around the daily shift plan, the organization shall implement the boundary intersection and adjustment of operation vehicles, make good use of the parallel channels to reasonably detour and relieve the backlog, and timely send back the locomotives and locomotive shifts to the channels with large difference between the up and down trains, so as to meet the needs of subsequent train handover and ensure smooth transportation. As of June 22, 166527 vehicles were loaded on the whole road every day this month, up 8.3% year on year. Under the influence of continuous high-level loading, large-scale centralized repair and water damage, the dispatching department decisively implements stop and limit loading for the overstocked stations, areas with tight channel capacity and areas affected by water damage, improves vehicle turnover efficiency, relieves the tension of empty vehicle use, and promotes the whole loading volume. From June 20 to 22, 52813 open cars and 5432 over planned cars were emptied every day, and the empty cars received by China Railway Harbin, Hohhot, Taiyuan, Xi'an and other Bureau Group Co., Ltd. exceeded the plan. On June 20, 181000 heavy vehicles were waiting for departure at the boundary of the whole road, which had been compressed to the normal level of 172000 vehicles by 18:00 on June 22. Efficient transportation organization provides strong support for continuous freight volume, cost saving and consumption reduction.
