Based on the characteristics of the industry, the railway system continues to promote the Qingma project

From July to October, the railway system will hold the backbone network training course for Young Marxists in the Railway Party school, which is a beneficial attempt to give full play to the advantages of the Internet and expand the audience of excellent courses. It is also a way to implement the deployment requirements of the Party group of China National Railway Group Co., Ltd. and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, and continue to promote this year's young Marxists training project Strong initiatives.

Recently, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, together with the Ministry of education, the Ministry of civil affairs, the Ministry of agriculture and rural areas, and the state owned assets supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, issued the opinions on the in-depth implementation of the youth Marxist training project to make arrangements for the in-depth promotion of the youth horse project in the new era. In combination with the characteristics of the industry and the reality of railway work, the railway system has made arrangements for the construction of the Theoretical Publicity mechanism of the Communist Youth League of the railway this year. In addition to holding online training courses, the railway regiment will focus on jointly developing the youth horse engineering teaching curriculum system with the Party school system, and select young teachers to carry out front-line teaching activities. All units of the railway system will actively discover and carefully cultivate young Marxist lecturers among full-time and part-time League cadres, deputy secretary of the Party branch of the team, youth self-organization leaders and youth business backbones, help them improve their ability of combining theory with practice and skills of propaganda, guide them to develop courses and prepare teaching plans. All Railway Bureau Group companies will also organize full-time League cadres to carry out collective lesson preparation, and constantly improve the quality and effect of League lessons.

In 2019, the railway system promoted 10 railway youth horse project backbones to participate in the central instructor training, and 3 backbones became members of the National Youth instructor group. 178 outstanding young people selected by all Railway Bureau Group companies have become young lecturers of the Communist Youth League of China Railway after special training. Organizations at all levels of the whole road actively incline to the grass-roots line, and train and transport 2842 young horse lecturers for the station.

In the process of promoting the Qingma project, the railway department initially explored and established a training system of centralized training and door-to-door education. In 2019, two consecutive special training courses will be held at the level of the whole railway, and more than 50 training courses will be held by each railway bureau group company to train youth backbones of youth horse project at all levels; 667 lectures will be held by youth lecturers of the Communist Youth League of the railway, and 2969 lectures will be held by youth lecturers of the Communist Youth League of each railway bureau group company. At the same time, railway organizations at all levels also actively build learning positions, carry out online question answering competitions, and develop a series of micro courses of the Communist Youth League of the railway, forming a strong atmosphere for railway youth to pay attention to, study and believe in Marxism.
