Completion of track laying in Shaanxi section of xi'an-yinchuan high speed railway

At 9:30 on June 18, the track laying project of Shaanxi section of xi'an-yinchuan high speed railway was successfully completed, which took an important step towards the goal of opening and operation within the year. On November 28, 2019, the track laying project of Shaanxi section of Xi'an Yinchuan high speed railway was started, with a laying length of 326.7km. The tunnel group adopts ballastless track, and other sections adopt ballasted track. There are as many as 14 ballasted and ballastless transition sections. The track laying process and track laying equipment alternate frequently. The advanced CPG500 type ballasted track laying unit is adopted by the participating units, and three long rail transport frames are equipped, so that the rail laying and sleeper laying can be carried out simultaneously, which reduces the process of rail row assembly, rail change and tool rail recovery, and improves the construction efficiency. In order to reduce the impact of the epidemic, the track laying project of xi'an-yinchuan high-speed railway in Shaanxi section was resumed on February 26 this year. Xi'an-chengdu Railway Passenger Dedicated Line Shaanxi Co., Ltd. organized in order to speed up the construction progress of the project. Next, the Xi'an Yinchuan high speed railway will enter the static acceptance stage, and the high-speed railway operators will carry out comprehensive and fine acceptance inspection on construction quality, construction technology and equipment performance. Xi'an-yinchuan high speed railway is an important part of Baohai channel, the main channel of "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway in the national medium and long term railway network planning, which is expected to be put into operation within this year.
