We need to deepen the reform of key links and reduce the cost of logistics system; strengthen the guarantee of land and capital to reduce the cost of logistics elements; thoroughly implement the measures of tax reduction and fee reduction to reduce the cost of logistics taxes and fees; strengthen the opening and sharing of information to reduce the cost of logistics information; promote the efficient connection of logistics facilities to reduce the cost of logistics intermodal transport; promote the improvement of quality and efficiency of logistics industry and reduce the comprehensive cost of logistics.

The railway department also coordinated the reduction of joint venture local railway freight rates with high freight rates, lowered the executive freight rates of some state owned railways, coordinated the reduction of freight rates of Shanxi, Shandong, Guangdong, Sichuan and other provincial Railway Group companies and transportation group companies with high freight rates, with an average reduction rate of more than 10%; coordinated the special line enterprises to reduce the service charges at both ends of the railway, through the reduction and exemption of special-purpose railway The commission service fee of the line, the organization of the sharing of the special line, the reduction of the charging standard of the special line enterprises, etc., the reduction of the highway short fall cost, the further compression of the charges at both ends of the railway; the reduction of the loading and reinforcement charges, all Railway Bureau Group companies have comprehensively combed and optimized the cargo loading and reinforcement scheme, and promoted the advanced experience and practice in the whole road.
