The railway promotes the key work of safety in order and lays a solid foundation for transportation safety

In recent years, all railway bureaus and groups adhere to both epidemic prevention and control and transportation safety, deeply promote the major inspection of production safety, seriously carry out the renovation of safety environment of general speed railway, strengthen the inspection and renovation of equipment, and lay a solid foundation for ensuring the safety and stability of transportation.

Work safety inspection was carried out in an orderly manner. From April to may, China National Railway Group Co., Ltd. carried out a two-month safety production inspection in the whole road, focusing on flood control, construction and environmental safety outside the road. China Railway Group has set up 5 Supervision and inspection teams and 3 professional safety supervision and inspection teams. Each safety supervision special office organizes supervision and inspection on the Railway Bureau Group Company under its jurisdiction, adheres to problem oriented and goal oriented, and centrally solves a number of outstanding safety hidden dangers. The railway department strengthened the management of flood control safety, standardized the setting of emergency telephone signs for railway disasters, added 45900 emergency signs for spraying and installation, improved the mechanism of rain early warning and forecast, and added more than 360 rain gauges, and made targeted efforts to release the line stress and prevent the expansion of the line.

The improvement of the safety environment of the general speed railway was carried out in an all-round way. The State Railway Group, in conjunction with the State Railway Administration, sent letters to the party committees and governments of 31 provinces, districts and cities, and communicated and coordinated with the relevant departments of the state to jointly carry out remediation actions. All Railway Bureau Group companies took immediate action. 11 Railway Bureau Group companies reported to the main leaders of 13 provinces, districts and cities, and connected with 65 Prefecture and municipal people's governments. All units and departments are not dependent on each other, and have organized a comprehensive investigation of the potential safety and environmental hazards of the general railway. More than 71000 potential problems have been found, and nearly 12000 have been rectified. Corresponding safety assurance measures have been taken to minimize the impact of external environment on transportation safety.

The spring inspection and centralized repair of the equipment are progressing well. In May, the spring repair of locomotives and rolling stock was successfully completed. A total of more than 19000 locomotives, more than 43000 EMUs and passenger cars were identified, more than 480000 pieces of various movable parts were handled, and more than 33000 damaged freight cars were rectified. 11 main trunk lines, including Beijing Guangzhou, Houyue, Beijing Harbin, Shenshan, Lanxin and Shanghai Kunming, have been intensively repaired as planned. 2700km, 3086 km, 334km and 1584 groups of tracks, screens, sleepers and switches have been changed, respectively. Key construction such as power supply expansion and transformation of Beijing Harbin special transportation channel has been carried out in an orderly manner, laying a solid foundation for achieving the "five guarantees and five effectiveness" task objectives and ensuring the safety of summer transportation Good foundation.
