Compared with the previous green car body, the maintenance process of 380V air-conditioning car is more refined, and the ventilation network of air-conditioning device shall be subject to dust removal, 380V power supply and emergency power supply shall be subject to insulation test. During the operation, LV also needs to check the status of the electrical control cabinet in the car. If there is overload power supply, it will affect the use of the car equipment.

Lao Lu should carry out a patrol inspection every two hours, hanging a tool belt on his waist, and carefully check the ventilation device of each carriage and the use status of the open windows in the passenger compartment. Not only that, the car is small to the door handle, clothes hook, big to the wash basin, floor, Lao Lu always check, always maintain, because wearing goggles, masks, although it is an air-conditioned car, but Lao Lu is still sweating.
