On the land of Qilu, China Railway Jinan Bureau Group Co., Ltd. combined with regional characteristics, took multiple measures to explore an effective way to improve the safety environment of general railway. In the past, the construction waste piled up on the roadbed slope protection, the floating objects suspended on the branches, and the illegal buildings violated by the common people are breaking the long-standing problems that hinder the view and affect the safety. China Railway Jinan Bureau Group Co., Ltd. has cooperated with local governments at all levels in Shandong Province to carry out the safety and environment improvement of ordinary speed railway, and achieved results. At the end of the special teleconference on safety and environment improvement of National Railway Group held by China National Railway Group Co., Ltd. on May 9, Jinan Bureau Group Co., Ltd. successively held a meeting, put forward four requirements of "further refinement of the plan, re deployment of the work, further promotion of the force, and further acceleration of the time", implemented the road land linkage, and worked together to build a dynamic consolidation and improvement Normal control mechanism. In order to deepen the long-term mechanism of road land linkage, the group company of the Bureau has repeatedly reported to the Shandong provincial Party committee and the provincial government and received full support. They take the initiative to connect with organizations at all levels, coordinate with the Safety Committee Office of Shandong provincial government to issue the notice on carrying out the special remediation of the external environmental safety hazards along the railway in Shandong Province; quickly connect with the municipal Party committees and governments, establish the "dual section chief" responsibility system, gradually establish the "dual section chief" personnel, strengthen the joint inspection and control of the road and the ground, promote the "Skynet project", etc The public security video monitoring system extends along the railway to realize the integrated patrol, monitoring and control of public security issues and environmental hazards; regularly organize joint investigation, remediation and two-way confirmation of cancellation. The group company of the Bureau, together with the local departments, has built a "green ecological corridor" based on the standard of "safety guaranteed, health free, and visual image", with the overall goal of "taking the lead and no problem" in the comprehensive environmental management along the railway, and has built the Railway into a "safe line", "environmental protection line" and "scenic line" for safe transportation. The construction of "Meili JITIE" has been continuously and efficiently expanded. There are drones hovering at high altitude and special personnel walking on the ground. Yantai city actively cooperates with the group company of the bureau to "look back" one by one for the problems that have been rectified in the early stage and investigate 32 environmental health problems. The road and land sides of Shandong Province take the action of wall map, plan by day, week and month, go to the Department, unit and city, connect, repair and cancel the number at the same time; incorporate 302 key issues into the local key issues, and transfer 22 overpass bridges into the supervision of Shandong Safety Committee Office; set up a Supervision Group in-depth on-site supervision and inspection of the rectification quality. Now, 3915 problems have been identified and 2695 have been rectified, accounting for 68.8%.
