The train into the park

Steam locomotive in Tuohe railway theme park, Suzhou. When the train "drives into" the park, what wonderful story will happen? Recently, a steam locomotive "entered" Tuohe railway theme park in Suzhou City, Anhui Province, attracting many Suzhou citizens to punch in. This is the Tuohe railway theme park, a special cultural tourism project that Suzhou City of Anhui Province will focus on this year. The park is adjacent to Tuohe River in the north and Jinpu railway in the East, covering an area of 24970 square meters, with an investment of about 12.4 million yuan. Entering the park from the south gate, the first thing to see is a giant - an upstream steam locomotive. The locomotive is 21.6 meters long, 4.2 meters high and weighs 92 tons. At its foot, a section of more than 100 meters of rail has been laid. Looking at its solid shape and dark "face", a sense of historical heaviness came to us. Walking along the north side of the rail, there are two elaborately built railway culture exhibition galleries, in which a piece of historical photos are posted, recording the development history of Suzhou railway and showing the unique railway culture of Suzhou. On the north side of the Railway Cultural Exhibition Gallery, there is an open leisure green space. Every weekend, many Suzhou citizens set up tents and fly kites in the open space, which is very lively. By early summer, when people are tired of walking along the river, they can sit on benches, watch children play, watch exotic flowers and plants, and taste railway culture. Jinpu railway, a main railway line from Tianjin to Pukou, Nanjing, was started in 1908 and opened to traffic in 1912 with a total length of more than 1000 kilometers. As a part of Beijing Shanghai railway, Jinpu railway meets with Longhai Railway in Xuzhou and connects with Huning railway in Nanjing. It is an important trunk line of modern railway transportation in China. The Tuohe railway theme park, less than 400 meters away from Suzhou station, symbolizes the close connection between the railway and Suzhou. The train entering the park tells the story of the city development and railway to the tourists.
