On May 3, 2020, there will be d9817 additional openings between Harbin and Jiamusi, and d9818 additional openings between Jiamusi and Harbin.  

On May 4, 2020, the number of additional d9819 and d9820 between the west of Harbin and Qiqihar and the west of Harbin will be increased.
