Strictly guarding the national border and closely organizing the epidemic prevention and control network
After the outbreak of the epidemic, China Railway Urumqi Bureau Group Co., Ltd. quickly established a joint prevention and control mechanism for the epidemic, strictly controlled the epidemic prevention and control of overseas operators at border stations, played an organizational role, closely organized the epidemic prevention and control safety network, and made every effort to ensure the smooth international transport.
In view of the fact that drivers of overseas motorcades and overseas operators have contact with railway workers in Kazakhstan, Alashankou border station, Horgos border station and Urumqi West rolling stock depot should strengthen the prevention and control of epidemic situation in key links such as locomotive disinfection, personal protection and special period management, so as to ensure the safety and health of overseas operators.
At present, there are 22 locomotive drivers in the outbound motorcade of Alashankou border station and 30 locomotive drivers in the outbound motorcade of Horgos border station who are responsible for the entry-exit traction task of China EU trains. In order to improve the protection ability of locomotive drivers, the group company of the bureau provides masks, medical gloves and disinfectants for each locomotive driver to facilitate personal protection and disinfection of locomotive drivers at any time; it is stipulated that locomotive drivers shall not get off the train after entering Kazakhstan, and wear masks and other protective articles before getting on the train of Kazakstan customs and border inspection personnel, and the bills shall be handed over at Direct contact shall be avoided in the designated location and special clamp; centralized accommodation, dining, exit and return management shall be implemented for locomotive drivers after returning home to ensure the safety of locomotive drivers.
The group company of the bureau also provides protective masks for the daily entry railway staff of Kazakhstan and the long-term resident staff at the border stations of Alashankou and Horgos, implements the entry and exit registration system, and strictly prevents the input of epidemic situation.
