Multiple intercity EMUs for Yunnan Tourism

In order to meet the needs of local resumption of work and production, outing and so on, according to the unified arrangement of China National Railway Group Co., Ltd., China Railway Kunming Bureau Group Co., Ltd. implemented the new train operation diagram on April 10, and added the intercity multiple units from Kunming to Xuanwei, Qujing, Panzhihua and other places.

After the map adjustment, the two pairs of EMUs from Kunming to the north of Hekou, the two pairs of EMUs from Kunming to Mengzi are adjusted to be in the mode of reconnection operation, and the five trains from Kunming to Xuanwei, three trains from Kunming to Qujing and one train from Qujing to Xuanwei are adjusted to be in the mode of reconnection operation.

In recent years, with the rapid development of Yunnan Railway, it has basically formed a high-speed rail traffic circle covering the central city group of Yunnan in one hour, the western, southern and southeast regions of Yunnan in two to three hours, and the surrounding provincial capitals in two to five hours, making it more convenient and efficient for passengers to travel. Kunming Bureau Group Co., Ltd. adopts "one picture per day" in combination with the actual increase of passenger flow on weekends and holidays. After this map adjustment, the group company of the Bureau will open more temporary trains at the peak of weekend passenger flow, two pairs of intercity multiple units and one pair of ordinary trains between Kunming and Xuanwei and one pair of ordinary trains between Kunming and Luoping every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Kunming Bureau Group Co., Ltd. will also increase weekend travel trains to Dali, Lijiang, Mengzi, Qujing and other popular directions according to the rules and actual conditions of dense travel of tourists during weekends and peak tourist seasons.
