Railway departments strengthen the organization of multiple measures to promote the increase of freight revenue

Since March, all units of the whole road transportation system have earnestly implemented the deployment requirements of the Party group of China National Railway Group Co., Ltd. by strengthening the loading organization and ensuring the key transportation, adjusting the structure of existing vehicles, strengthening the organization and improving the quality and comprehensive benefits of the train operation, they have deeply implemented the incremental actions of freight transportation and taken multiple measures to promote the increase of freight revenue.

In view of the current situation of supply of goods, all units implement the requirements of the State Railway Group to replenish customers with goods, strengthen the organization of loading, realize the full loading, and stabilize the traffic volume of key lines; further strengthen the allocation of transportation capacity, organize the "grain return to warehouse" to the maximum extent, make every effort to meet the demand of freight transportation, and realize the gradual growth of the total volume of freight transportation. In March, the average daily freight loading of national railway was 148446 vehicles, an increase of 3244 vehicles on a year-on-year basis; the delivery volume of goods was 281.54 million tons (9.08 million tons on a day-on-day basis), an increase of 6.68 million tons on a year-on-year basis. Under the difficult situation of goods supply, both year-on-year and month on month growth were achieved.

Combined with the recent transportation situation, the dispatching department of China Railway Group issued the dispatching order to timely adjust the current vehicle splitting scheme of the whole road, laying the foundation for strengthening the empty vehicle adjustment and organizing the efficient movement of vehicle flow. Implement the cost saving and consumption reduction requirements of China Railway Group, the dispatching department shall guide the Southern Railway Bureau Group companies to organize the storage and standby of idle and empty vehicles according to the storage capacity; reasonably control the evacuation of the Northern Railway Bureau Group Company, and ensure the efficient transportation of the northern main loading railway Bureau Group Company.

In order to further play the strategic role of China Europe and Central Asia trains in the construction of the belt and road initiative, the dispatching department of China Railway Group put forward strengthening measures and issued dispatching orders from five aspects, including the preparation of China Europe and Central Asia train operation plan, the guarantee of box and car transportation capacity, the monitoring and control of in transit operation, the integration of transportation organization and the analysis of train operation. At the same time, the dispatching department shall further strengthen the control over the operation of key trains such as Europe and Central Asia on the way to ensure the good order of train operation. As of March 25, there were 548 China Europe trains and 305 Central Asia trains in the month.

With the intensive construction of the main trunk lines of the whole road, in order to coordinate the relationship between construction and transportation and reduce the impact of construction on transportation organization, in accordance with the requirements of China Railway Group, all Railway Bureau Group companies should strengthen the organization, according to the arrangement of construction plan, prepare construction plan with high quality, arrange machines and tools and labor in advance, strengthen the site operation organization, and improve the plan compliance Now rate, high quality and efficient use of construction "skylight". Each Railway Bureau Group Company will further play the role of construction office, ensure the access of personnel, give full play to the advantages of the construction office in the dispatching office, strengthen the overall coordination of transportation and construction, take the construction day plan as an important part of the dispatching day plan, truly integrate and embed the dispatching day plan, and realize the optimization and maximization of the use of channel and boundary capacity.
