Import and export of China Europe Express at Erlian international port exceeds 30000 TEUs

On the morning of March 13, a China Europe train loaded with auto parts, glass products, textiles and other goods left the country from Erlian international port, marking that since this year, the total volume of China Europe trains passing Erlian international port has reached 30000 TEUs, an increase of 61.3% year on year.

During the epidemic period, China Railway Hohhot Bureau Group Co., Ltd. insisted on first-hand epidemic prevention and control, first-hand port transportation, and the growth trend of import and export freight volume was good. As of March 13, this year, Erlian international port has received 295 inbound and outbound China Europe trains with a year-on-year growth of 20.4%, including 188 inbound China Europe trains with a year-on-year growth of 27.6% and 107 outbound China Europe trains with a year-on-year growth of 9.5%.

Erlian international port is the largest land port of China and Mongolia, which is responsible for the entry and exit customs clearance, reloading and Quarantine of China EU trains in North China, central China and other regions. During the epidemic prevention and control period, Erlian station actively contacted with the government, customs, border inspection and Mongolian railway departments, implemented the customs clearance mode of one-time customs declaration, one-time inspection and one-time release, and moved the business processing from offline to online, which played a positive role in promoting the resumption of production and strengthening foreign trade transportation.
