2. What dishonest behaviors will be included in the management of railway passenger credit information records?
(1) Disturbing the order of railway station and vehicle transportation, endangering railway safety and causing serious adverse social impact;
(2) Smoking on EMU trains or in non-smoking areas of other trains;
(3) Those who have investigated and dealt with ticket scalping and counterfeiting;
(4) Buying tickets by using preferential (waiting) identity documents or forged or invalid preferential (waiting) identity documents;
(5) Holding forged, expired or other invalid tickets or falsely reporting the loss of a replacement ticket;
(6) Those who take the train without ticket or cross the station (seat) and refuse to make up the ticket;
(7) Administrative penalty shall be imposed according to relevant laws and regulations.
For the above behaviors, in addition to handling according to relevant regulations, personal identity information will be recorded, ticket purchase will be restricted within a certain period of time, and railway passenger credit information will be provided to relevant departments of the state and local governments and relevant credit agencies according to regulations.
3. After serious dishonesty is identified, what impact will it have on future ticket purchase and riding in the railway?
(1) In the event of serious breach of trust, the first (second) (third) (seventh) circumstance shall be deemed as breach of trust. The purchase of tickets shall be restricted within 180 days from the date when there is no valid objection at the expiration of the publicity period.
(2) The fourth (fifth) (sixth) case of serious dishonesty is identified as dishonesty. In case of (4) (5), even if the passenger makes up the ticket according to the regulations, it is deemed as dishonesty. In case of (6), the passenger makes up the ticket according to the regulations before the end of the trip, it is not deemed as dishonesty.
If the passenger fails to make up the ticket, he / she shall be restricted from the date when there is no valid objection at the expiration of the publicity period to the time when the dishonest person makes up the money owed; if the dishonest person makes up the money owed for the first time (counting from the day after the ticket is made up) within one year and the third time (4) (5) (6) occurs, he / she shall be restricted from buying the ticket within 90 days (including 90 days) after the dishonest person makes up the money owed.
(3) From the next day after the expiration of the time limit for the purchase of tickets, the restrictions on the purchase of tickets shall be automatically lifted.
4. How long is the record period of railway passenger credit information?
The time limit for recording the credit information of railway passengers is generally 5 years from the date of the occurrence of the dishonesty; if it exceeds 5 years, it shall be deleted. If the state has other provisions on the relevant time limit, such provisions shall prevail.
5. Include the credit information of railway passengers. How to handle when passengers have objections?
&On the first working day of each month, the website of China Railway Customer Service Center (12306) and the website of "credit China" publish the complete information of the dishonest person. The information shall be publicized within 7 working days from the date of publication. During the publicity period, the publicized person can raise an objection through the railway "12306" customer service telephone. If the publicized person does not raise an objection or the objection is not supported after examination, the punishment measures shall be implemented according to the publicity list.
