Implement regional mutual guarantee and enhance transportation force

China Railway Xi'an Bureau Group Co., Ltd. adheres to epidemic prevention production, implements regional mutual protection of large stations and small stations, reasonably optimizes train formation, relieves operation pressure mutually, and improves refined level of transportation organization in combination with vehicle flow change and capacity of marshalling station.

Since the implementation of regional mutual insurance this year, as of March 4, Xinfengzhen station has handled 28913 daily trains, an increase of 3737 on a year-on-year basis, and 152.8 daily marshalling trains, an increase of 19.5 on a year-on-year basis. In February, Xi'an Bureau Group Company sent 17.06 million tons of goods, an increase of 6.18 million tons or 57% year-on-year, including 66% increase in coal volume.

Xi'an Bureau Group Co., Ltd. takes Xinfengzhen, ankandong and baojidong marshalling stations as the fulcrum, divides the intermediate stations and section stations within the radiation range into the same transportation area, organizes the technical stations in the mutual protection area to organize the marshalling of trains according to the needs of the detaching and hanging operation, and reduces the number of shunting hooks in the intermediate stations. In the guidance area, the intermediate station and section station with operation conditions shall optimize the marshalling and lifting operation, so as to ensure the maximization of the north up traffic volume and the south down traffic volume.

Xi'an Bureau Group Co., Ltd. guides large stations to serve small stations, improves the business level of station dispatchers, accurately calculates the traffic flow, and formulates the train formation plan. Starting from the loading plan, the command center of each transportation station serves the "public to rail" transportation project, organizes the whole train loading to the same source, and releases the marshalling capacity of the marshalling station.

Xi'an Bureau Group Co., Ltd. shall incorporate the implementation of regional mutual insurance mechanism into the daily assessment of transportation organization, formulate differentiated reward and assessment methods at the same time, guide each transportation station and section to make daily statistics and monthly summary of the operation of regional mutual insurance trains, strictly analyze and report, and ensure the implementation of regional mutual insurance.
