Since 0:00 on February 6, 2020, for the national railway tickets purchased previously in stations, railway 12306 websites and other channels, if passengers voluntarily change their itinerary before driving and need to refund, the railway department will not charge the refund fee, and the purchase of railway passenger insurance will be handled together.

In view of the large-scale rain and snow weather in the middle and east of China in the near future, the inspection and repair of the equipment of the industrial and electrical system and the locomotive and vehicle system should be strengthened to ensure the stable operation quality of the equipment in the severe weather.
