1. From February 1 to 7, 2020, there will be no g707 outages from North Dalian to Mudanjiang and no g716 outages from Mudanjiang to North Dalian.  

2. From February 1 to 8, 2020, G709 times from North Dalian to West Harbin and g720 times from west Harbin to North Dalian were shut down.  

3. From February 1 to 17, 2020, g701 times from Dalian north to Harbin West, G710 times from Harbin West to Dalian north and g725 times from Dalian north to Harbin West were shut down.  

4. From February 2 to 18, 2020, g706 times from Harbin West to Dalian north, g719 times from Dalian north to Harbin West, and g730 times from Harbin West to Dalian north were shut down.  

5. From February 1, 2020 until otherwise notified, 7801 / 2, 7803 / 4, 7805 / 6, 7809 / 10, 7811 / 2 and 7813 / 4 stops of laomuling Muling Muling ferry platform.
