2020 Work Conference on development and reform of the whole road held in Beijing

On January 6, the 2020 Work Conference on the development and reform of the whole railway was held in Beijing. The key work of this year was deployed, and all units were mobilized to further emancipate their minds, reform and innovation, and work hard, so as to make new contributions to the realization of the 13th five year plan goal and to the advance construction of the transportation powerful railway. Huang Min, deputy general manager and Party member of China National Railway Group Co., Ltd., attended the meeting and delivered a speech.  

The meeting reviewed and summarized the new progress and achievements of the railway development and Reform in 2019, analyzed and judged the new situation and tasks scientifically, and required the cadres and staff of the development and reform system to consciously match the standards and tables, enhance the spirit of struggle, be good at doing business, and strive to improve the quality level of the development and reform work.  

The meeting stressed that in 2020, the railway development and reform work should be guided by Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, fully implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the central economic work conference, implement the work conference deployment of the State Railway Group, adhere to the general tone of seeking progress while maintaining stability, adhere to the new development concept, focus on the transportation power and railway first, and adhere to We will strengthen the foundation to meet the standards, improve quality and increase efficiency, focus on cost savings, reform and innovation, strive to promote high-quality development of the railway, and comprehensively accomplish the development and reform goals and tasks. We should focus on the following seven aspects: making the 14th five year plan, pushing the reform of national railway enterprises to go deep and practical, making deep and detailed preliminary work of the project, ensuring the completion of the annual investment objectives and tasks, improving the level of technical transformation, overhaul and equipment management, energy conservation, environmental protection and war preparation, and improving the quality of statistics and analysis.
