China Railway Group holds material work conference in 2020

On January 7, China National Railway Group Co., Ltd. held the material work meeting in 2020 to summarize the work in 2019, analyze the situation and tasks faced, deploy the key work in 2020, mobilize the cadres and workers of railway material system to reform and innovate, reduce costs and increase efficiency, and promote the high-quality development of railway material management. Huang Min, deputy general manager and Party member of China Railway Group, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.  

The meeting pointed out that new progress has been made in railway material management in 2019, the "grand overall plan" management has achieved remarkable results, the "grand platform" construction has made breakthroughs, the "grand supervision" has played an obvious role, the completion of various indicators of railway material management is good, providing strong support for winning the "Three Guarantees and three increases" battle, and the sound development momentum of railway material management has been consolidated and improved.  

The meeting proposed that in 2020, under the guidance of Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, in accordance with the deployment of the working conference of the State Railway Group, we should deepen the overall planning, platform and supervision, take the objectives, problems and results as the guidance, take innovation and development as the driving force, give full play to the advantages of the new system and mechanism of material management, and promote the standardization, marketization and legalization of railway materials management To comprehensively improve the level and ability of material management and make greater contribution to promoting the high-quality development of railway.  

The meeting emphasized that the material system of the whole road should focus on the construction of national railway procurement platform, promote the reform and innovation of material management; take the special inventory of materials as the main line, promote the cost saving and consumption reduction of material management; take the centralized procurement, joint procurement, Federal Reserve and coordination as the starting point, promote the quality and efficiency improvement of material management; take the supervision, inspection and performance assessment as the driving force, promote the strong foundation of material management to reach the standard.
