And this exercise is 23 years: trainee, technician, technical director, team leader, chief engineer of the project department, manager of the project department to the deputy general manager of the fourth company, every front-line post has the figure that Jiang Si has struggled for, and every post is the footprints left by Jiang Si on the way of pursuing his dream.
