Lalin railway is a railway under construction in Tibet. It is a fast railway from Lhasa to Linzhi. More than 90% of the sections of Lalin railway are built in the area with an altitude of more than 3000 meters. At present, it is winter, the construction area is cold and anoxic, and the natural environment is poor. it is understood that the total length of Lalin railway is 435.48 km, which is a joint section of Sichuan Tibet railway and Yunnan Tibet railway. That is to say, the Sichuan Tibet railway and Yunnan Tibet railway to be built in the future will reach Lhasa through Lalin railway after entering Tibet. It is expected that the whole line will be open to traffic by the end of 2021.
