Construction of Fuzhou Binhai express railway in the Northeast Fujian Coordinated Development Zone started

On the morning of the 27th, the construction of the F1 inter city railway (Fuzhou Binhai express) and the Fuzhou operation center of Industrial Bank (Group) in the Collaborative Development Zone of northeast Fujian was officially started in the fourth quarter of Fuzhou. Wang Ning, deputy secretary of the provincial Party committee and Secretary of the municipal Party committee, Yu Mengjun, mayor of Fujian Province, relevant leaders of provincial units, brother cities of northeast Fujian cooperative development zone and Fuzhou City, and relevant responsible comrades of China Railway, China railway construction, China Communications Construction and Industrial Bank attended the commencement activities respectively. In the fourth quarter, 231 projects with a total investment of 1988 billion yuan were started in Fuzhou. Among them, F1 line is the first intercity railway in the Northeast Fujian Coordinated Development Zone, starting from Fuzhou railway station, passing through the old urban area of Fuzhou, Binhai New City, Changle airport and ending at Dahe depot. The total length of the line is about 62.4 km, and there are 13 stations in the near future, with a design speed of 140 km / h. With a total investment of 35.4 billion yuan, the project is planned to be put into trial operation in 2024. At that time, 30 minutes' access will be realized from the old urban area of Fuzhou to Binhai New City, and the fast traffic arteries between the new and old urban areas will be opened, which will greatly facilitate the passengers to and from Changle International Airport and the people's work and life.

with the formal construction of F1 line, the acceleration of the preliminary work of F2 line (from Changle airport to Putian) and F3 line (from Changle airport to Ningde), a three-dimensional comprehensive transportation network will be formed in the future, with Changle Airport Phase II comprehensive transportation hub as the center, three Intercity Express railways and two expressways as the radial skeleton frame, and a one-hour transportation circle will be built in the main cities of northeast Fujian. This will speed up the construction of Binhai New City and Fuzhou new area, promote the infrastructure interconnection of four cities and one district in Northeast Fujian, promote the integrated development of northeast Fujian Coordinated Development Zone, and build Fuzhou metropolitan area.

Industrial Bank (Group) Fuzhou operation center project is located in Wusi Road, Gulou District, with a total investment of 2.085 billion yuan. It is planned to be composed of a main business operation tower and a comprehensive podium, including business hall, operation management site and auxiliary facilities, with a total construction area of 143600 square meters. It will become one of the important landmark buildings in the main urban area of Fuzhou. After the completion of the project, it will serve as the centralized office space of all institutions of Industrial Bank in Fuzhou, further enhance the regional influence and competitiveness of Fuzhou financial industry, highlight the financial agglomeration function of the city, and promote the high-quality development of the city.
