Summer passenger flow peak arrives at Jiaxing South Railway Station to take measures to guide passengers
At 9:00 a.m., Jiaxing South Railway Station is at the early peak of passenger flow. At the entrance of the station, there are long queues of passengers in both lanes. The station has temporarily opened emergency lanes, but passengers are still pouring in. It usually takes more than ten minutes for security check-in to enter the station. The waiting hall of the station is also full of passengers, due to the approaching start of school. At the same time, there are many "little migratory birds" returning to school. Especially with the opening of four pairs of starting trains, during the summer transportation this year, the number of daily trains stopping at Jiaxing South Railway Station reached 212, and the passenger flow increased steadily. Liu Wutao, a passenger watchman at Jiaxing South Railway Station, told reporters that from the start of the station, it lasted until about 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., and it has been a peak of passenger flow, with an average daily passenger arrival of about 19,000, which is comparable to the peak of the May Day holiday or the eleventh long holiday. In order to alleviate the pressure of passenger flow, from today onwards, the station opens 25 minutes ahead of schedule. At the same time, there are more guards in the security inspection and ticket checking links to guide passengers. The station also reminds the passengers that in the near future, it is better for everyone to arrive at the station half an hour ahead of schedule for security checks. According to the regulations, the train is usually driven. In the first three minutes, the ticket gate will stop checking tickets, so passengers should arrange their time reasonably to avoid delaying their journey due to the long queuing time.
