Metro Line 1 East extension

On November 29, the Metro Line 1 East extension to the National Convention and Exhibition Center project, from Lilou station (not included) to shuangqiaohe depot, successfully passed the review of basic conditions for trial operation.

To be clear, according to the operation plan of East extension line of line 1, gaozhuangzi station, Beiyangcun station, Guozhan Road station, Donggu Road station and other stations will be opened before the end of the year. The rest of the stations will be opened in succession along with the construction progress of the surrounding supporting projects.

The project of Metro Line 1 extending from the east to the National Convention and Exhibition Center is the East extension line of the existing line 1. It starts from Shuanglin station in Jinnan District in the West and ends at shuangqiaohe station in Jinnan District in the East. It is the connecting line between the central urban area and the middle reaches of Haihe River. The main line is 16.039 km long and has 11 stations. Shuanglin station and Lilou station have been put into trial operation on December 3, 2018.

The latest planning of "yunba" in Xiqing

On December 2, the housing and Construction Commission of Xiqing District issued a notice saying that the planning of rail transit connecting network of Xiqing District (2019-2035) has been approved by the district government and the planning of connecting network has been published.

According to the plan, Xiqing District will build three connecting rail lines, namely "two horizontal and one vertical". Among them, line T1 starts from Caozhuang metro station in the East and ends at Xinkou town in the West; line T2 starts from Yangliuqing railway station and ends at Daxi new home; line T3 starts from Tianjin South Station in the East and ends at Xinkou town in the West.

-Planning period - 2035

-Planning strategy - to form a multi-level and integrated integrated rail network system of "high speed / Intercity Railway + city / Urban Rail + connecting rail". Strengthen the connection with foreign transport hub, and promote Xiqing District to better integrate into the coordinated development strategy of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.

-Functional level of rail transit connecting network-

According to the service scope and passenger flow characteristics of rail transit, the rail transit system in Xiqing District of Tianjin is divided into three levels: regional rail, city / urban rail and connecting rail.

Regional track: including high-speed railway and intercity railway, mainly responsible for the point-to-point high-speed rail link demand between Xiqing District, Beijing Tianjin Hebei Urban Agglomeration and major cities in China.

City / Urban Rail: realize the connection between Xiqing District and central urban area, Binhai New Area, peripheral counties and functional groups, mainly undertake the diversified external rail transit travel needs of Xiqing District.

Connecting rail: it connects the city / urban rail in Xiqing District, connects the transportation hub, provides long-distance cross group travel in Xiqing District, and forms the main framework of public transport together with the city / urban rail. It is an important infrastructure for Xiqing District to optimize the transportation mode structure, guide the network and group space pattern construction.

-Connecting track planning scheme-

Taking the urban spatial structure as the framework and the railway passenger station, rail station and main functional area as the nodes, a "two horizontal and one vertical" connecting rail network pattern is planned, with a total length of about 90 km.

&The specific route planning is as follows-

-Line T1 - Caozhuang Metro Station - Xinkou town

The line starts from Caozhuang metro station in the East and ends at Xinkou town in the west, with a length of about 20 kilometers. It serves the north central canal business center, South Canal living area, Xiqing cultural center, Yuanbao Island, Yangliuqing demonstration town, Xinkou demonstration town, Shawo radish characteristic town and other important functional areas.

On the one hand, line T1 establishes the direct track connection between Yangliuqing and Xinkou Town, on the other hand, the line passes through the commercial and residential core area of Zhongbei Town, making up for the defect that M2 West extension line deviates from the core area of Zhongbei Town, and develops and complements M2 line in function.

-Line T2 - Yangliuqing railway station - Dasi new home

The main line starts from Yangliuqing railway station and ends at Dasi new home, with a length of about 47km. It serves Xiqing administrative center, Xiqing cultural center, Zhangjiawo comprehensive area, South Station Science and technology business area, Xuefu industrial area, University City, Jingwu town core area, country park, Tianxiang Industrial Park, Saida new town core area, Xiqing Economic and Technological Development Zone, Xiqing Dasi new home and other areas.

At the same time, the line is set with branch lines, starting from the transfer station of line T2 and line M7 - Lubei Road station, and ending at Yadian reservoir, with a length of about 6km.

Line T2 establishes the rail transit connection between Xiqing auxiliary city and Saida new city, shortens the space-time distance, and supports the construction of the spatial pattern of Xiqing city. At the same time, with the South Railway Station as the core, through the efficient connection of different levels of rail system, the whole transportation chain of external passengers from Beijing Tianjin Hebei Urban Agglomeration and even the whole country to Xiqing District will be opened to promote the Xiqing District to integrate into the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei.

-T3 line - Tianjin South Station - Xinkou town

The line starts from Tianjin South Station in the East and ends at Xinkou town in the west, with a length of about 17 kilometers. It serves South Station Science and technology business district, Zhangjiawo comprehensive area, Xinkou demonstration small town, Xinkou logistics park, Shuigao manor, etc.

T3 line is connected with M3 line to serve the travel demand of Xinkou town and Zhangjiawo to the central urban area and expand the service scope of urban rail transit.

Tianjin Metro Line 4

The budget of line 4 project is 42952325500 yuan, which is the estimated value of the whole life cycle budget of PPP project (including the capital contribution of the government).

The total investment of the project is estimated to be 23.678 billion yuan, of which the investment of PPP project company is about 17.67 billion yuan, including engineering cost, special cost, other cost of part of project construction and part of preparatory cost, etc.; the remaining part is invested by the government and responsible for land acquisition, demolition and other preliminary work.

The project company is authorized to be responsible for the investment, financing and construction of Part B of the north section during the cooperation period (the cooperation period is 26 years, including 5 years for the construction of the north section, 21 years for the operation of the north section and 24.5 years for the operation of the south section). The operation management, operation and maintenance, renovation, preparation and implementation of the additional investment plan for the whole line 4 are also authorized, and the corresponding passenger service income and non passenger service income are obtained And the feasibility gap subsidy provided by the government to cover the reasonable return on investment and operation of the project.

The north section of Tianjin Metro Line 4 starts from Xiaojie in Beichen District in the north and ends at Hebei Street in Hongqiao District in the south. The line passes through Beijing Tianjin highway west station santaoshi street. The line passes through three administrative regions, Beichen District, Hebei District and Hongqiao District. The total length of the main line is about 22km, with 17 stations, all underground stations, small street parking lot and 1 main substation. The control center is connected to Tianjin Rail Transit command center (Huayuan integrated control center). The northern section of line 4 is planned to be put into operation on December 31, 2024.

According to the feasibility study report of the project, the predicted results of the whole day passenger traffic volume of the south section of Tianjin Metro Line 4 project in the early stage, near term and long term are 242000 person times / day, 451000 person times / day and 639000 person times / day respectively. The predicted results of the whole day passenger traffic volume of the north section in the early stage, short term and long term are 249000 person times / day, 465000 person times / day and 643000 person times / day respectively

Tianjin Metro Line 8 phase I

The budget of the first phase project of line 8 is 37683230700 yuan, which is the estimated value of the whole life cycle budget of the PPP project (including the capital contribution of the government).

The estimated total investment of the project is 23.614 billion yuan, of which the investment of PPP project company is about 17.722 billion yuan, including engineering cost, special cost, other cost of part of project construction and part of preparatory cost, etc.; the remaining part is invested by the government and responsible for land acquisition, demolition and other preliminary work.

The project company is authorized to be responsible for the investment, financing and construction of Part B of line 8 phase I in the cooperation period (the cooperation period is 26 years, including 5 years for part B of line 8 phase I, 21 years for line 8 phase I, 21 years for line 6 PPP operation section, 23 years for line 6 PPP operation section) during the cooperation period Operation and management, operation and maintenance, renovation, preparation and implementation of additional investment plan for the whole line (greenwater park to xianshuiguxi), and obtain corresponding passenger service income, non passenger service income and feasibility gap subsidy provided by the government to cover the reasonable return on investment and operation of the project.

The first phase of Tianjin Metro Line 8 starts from Lvshui Park Station in Nankai District in the West and ends at Lushui station in Jinnan District in the South (not included), which is the backbone line in the south of the central urban area. The main line of the line is 18.6km long, with 17 stations, all of which are underground stations. A new greenwater park main substation will be built, with 6-car formation of A-type vehicles. The control center will be connected to Tianjin Rail Transit command center (Huayuan integrated control center).

Under the condition that the whole line of the project (Lushui park to xianshuiguxi) is connected as planned, the predicted daily passenger volume of Tianjin Metro Line 8 phase I Project (Lushui station to Lushui Park Station) is 331000 person times / day, 657000 person times / day and 972000 person times / day respectively in the early stage, short term and long term, and the daily passenger volume of PPP operation section of line 6 (xianshuiguxi station to Lushui station) is in the early stage, short term and long term The predicted results are 85000 person times / day, 142000 person times / day and 189000 person times / day respectively.
