Rush loading and express transportation for warm winter
In late November, there was rain and snow in Qinba mountain area of Shaanxi Province, and the temperature in Guanzhong and southern Shaanxi dropped sharply. In the cold wind, China Railway Xi'an Bureau Group Co., Ltd. optimizes its transportation capacity and organizes a special train for power and coal to rush to major power plants. By the end of November 25, the group company of the bureau had shipped 3394 electric coal vehicles on average, 440 of which were planned to exceed the electric coal daily, an increase of 14.9%.
Xi'an Bureau Group Co., Ltd. operates the special train for coal circulation, gives full play to the advantages of self provided vehicles of Shaanxi coal group for internal circulation, optimizes the transportation organization of stations such as Lueyang and Xiaojia village, and improves the operation efficiency of the special train for coal circulation.
In order to let people warm up for the winter, Xi'an Bureau Group Co., Ltd. cooperates with major customers of coal enterprises, signs agreements with many home appliance factories, pays attention to the unloading, inventory and transportation of electric coal in each power plant every day, communicates and coordinates in the dispatching meeting, prioritizes the loading, online and hanging of electric coal, shortens the time of empty car alignment and heavy car hanging, and improves the loading efficiency.
The group company of the Bureau focuses on the coal direct trains, analyzes them every day, assesses relevant departments and units on a monthly basis, and reduces the consumption of the junction. From November 1 to 25, 838 electric coal direct trains were opened, with a cash ratio of 98.4%; the new capacity of Haoji Railway was fully used to send 10276 electric coal trains, accounting for 94% of the total delivered goods.
In response to the problem of insufficient empty cars, Xi'an Bureau Group Co., Ltd. strengthened the repair of bad cars, organized professional personnel to go deep into the main loading stations, carried out training on the repair and utilization of bad gondola cars, special assistance and instruction, carried out follow-up guidance and on-site assistance and instruction. From November 1 to 25, 22000 bad cars were repaired, and more than 1 million tons of electric coal were loaded.
