Announcement of China Railway Jinan Bureau Group Co., Ltd. on commissioning and upgrading of telephone booking system

In order to provide better telephone booking service, the telephone booking system will be debugged and upgraded at 23:00 on November 24.  

From November 25, the order number generated after the successful booking of 95105105 will be changed from the current "60 ******" to "99 ******". From 0:00 to 24:00 on November 25, the original telephone booking order at the beginning of 60 in the station under the control of the group company will not be able to get tickets through the automatic ticket machine. Please take the order number and the original of the valid identity certificate used in the purchase or the copy of the valid identity certificate used in the passenger's purchase and the original of the agent's identity certificate to the station ticket window or the railway ticket agency for ticket collection. 99 telephone booking orders can be processed at the station ticket window, railway ticket agency and automatic ticket machine.
