Strive to solve problems around employees

"That's great. Humidifier makes the air in the dormitory moist and the nose comfortable. I work harder. Theme education solves the problems in our work and life." On November 21, Li Boyuan, an employee of Delingha train depot of China Railway Qinghai Tibet Group Co., Ltd., said happily.

Since the second batch of education on the theme of "never forget your original mind and keep your mission in mind", the Party committee of Delingha train depot has carefully sorted out and classified the problems from the actual needs of the staff along the line, and tried to solve the problems concerned by the staff.

The stations along the Delingha depot are located in Qaidam Basin, with little rain and much wind, especially in winter. In the survey, the most common problem reflected by the station staff along the section is that the dormitory needs to be equipped with humidifier. In response to this problem, the Party committee of this section extensively solicited the opinions of the staff and workers, formulated the rectification measures and made clear the responsible person.

After a comprehensive comparative analysis of the safety performance and practicability of the humidifier, the Party committee of this section sent 270 humidifiers to the staff of the stations along the line in only 7 days. Since the theme education of "never forget your original mind and keep your mission in mind", the Party committee of this section has also equipped workshops and groups along the line with water purifiers, refrigerators, microwave ovens and other living facilities, added recreational and sports equipment, and made great efforts to enrich the life of employees and enhance their sense of gain and happiness.

The Party committee of this section adheres to the general requirements of thematic education, adheres to the goal of integrating inspection problems and rectification into the current "Three Guarantees and three increases" mission, and takes the practical problems affecting driving safety and the production and life of employees as important matters to ensure the effectiveness of thematic education.

As of November 21, the Party committee of this section has investigated and sorted out 101 problems and suggestions, of which 49 have formulated rectification measures, which are being implemented as planned.
