"Black technology" with the northernmost high-speed rail "flying" to the ground
From the evening of November 17 to 18, most parts of Heilongjiang Province ushered in the first strong snowfall this winter. China Railway Harbin Bureau Group Co., Ltd. quickly launched the emergency plan, invested in scientific and technological intelligent equipment, increased the intensity of train monitoring, and ensured the safety and stability of railway transportation.
In the early morning of November 18, the snowfall gradually increased, affecting the operation of EMU trains on Harbin Dalian, Harbin qihar, Harbin Mudan and other lines. Harbin Electric Power depot adopts ATP train overspeed protection system to realize real-time tracking and man-machine interaction control of EMU trains. When the high-speed railway is in overspeed operation, the EMU train will automatically slow down to ensure the operation safety. Harbin EMU uses the TEDS EMU operation fault dynamic image detection system to monitor the EMU Operation Status on the way. In case of any fault, inform the accompanying machinist in time to deal with it, so as to ensure the safety of train operation.
In order to early warn and monitor the snow disaster in time, Harbin Bureau Group Co., Ltd. adopts the natural disaster and foreign matter monitoring system to early warn the snow disaster. More than 100 monitoring stations are set up along the high-speed railway, sensors are installed, air vents and infrared scanning are used to judge the wind speed and snow thickness. If the data exceeds the standard value, the dispatcher can timely issue the speed limit and stop order to the EMU train To stop the EMU train in time before the danger.
During the snowfall period, there is snow on the front and chassis of EMU trains, so it is the first task to clear the snow at night. Harbin Bureau Group Co., Ltd. has put into use the self-developed ice melting and snow removal device for EMU trains and built the ice melting and snow removal depot for EMU trains. In the past, it used to take 8 people to melt ice and snow, but now it only takes 2 people to operate, and it can be completed in an hour, which improves the efficiency of train on-line.
