The vocational skill competition of the whole road rescue and resumption of work was held

From October 16 to 19, 2019, the vocational skill competition for the recovery of the whole road locomotive and vehicle system rescue was held in the rescue training base of Qiqihar locomotive depot of China Railway Harbin Bureau Group Co., Ltd. After four days of fierce competition in theory and practice, Qiu Qingwei, an employee of Qiqihar locomotive depot, stands out from 54 competitors in 18 units and wins the championship.

In order to test and strengthen the emergency quality of the whole rescue team, the locomotive and vehicle Department of China National Railway Group Co., Ltd. carefully prepared this skill competition after full investigation.

The competition has designed two examination contents: Theory and practice, and the scores are ranked according to the total scores. Among them, the full score of the theoretical test is 100; the practical test is divided into two items, binding and harmonious D3 locomotive trolley and crane leg driving, each of which is 100 points. The binding and harmonious D3 locomotive trolley has set the upper limit of time, and the players who complete within the specified time will be given bonus points depending on the length of time.

In order to create fair, standard and standard competition conditions and provide warm accommodation environment for competitors, the locomotive Department of Harbin Bureau Group Company and Qiqihar Locomotive Section improved and strengthened the competition venue, examination equipment and accommodation environment in early September, ensuring the successful holding of the competition.
