The first intelligent ten thousand ton heavy haul train of Daju – has been successfully put into operation
China's first intelligent driving heavy-duty train officially opened in Shenshuo railway yesterday, which is a new breakthrough in the technical development history of China's heavy-duty freight railway, marking that China's heavy-duty railway development has entered a new stage. The first train 7033 consists of 108 carriages, with a total length of 1530 meters and a load of over 10000 tons of coal. The starting station is Shenmu North Station in Shaanxi, and finally Shenchi South Station in Shuozhou, Shanxi. (excerpted from CCTV News) the
Shenshuo railway is a large channel for the transportation of coal from the west to the East in China, and it is a national class I electrified heavy-duty railway. As a heavy-duty railway, the minimum turning radius of Shenshuo line is only 400m, and the maximum gradient is 12 ‰. It can be said that the slope is steep and the curve is sharp. There are many bridges, tunnels and culverts along the line, which makes it difficult to guarantee the safety and stability of heavy-duty trains, and the equipment is severely damaged. Therefore, a large number of drivers and passengers are required to be employed, and the labor cost is very high. In order to solve the difficulties and ensure the traffic safety, Shenshuo Railway Branch of national energy group, Zhuzhou Office of CRRC and Zhuzhou locomotive factory of CRRC jointly tackle the four major problems of geography, line, climate and long and steep gradient, and successfully operate Shenshuo railway intelligent driving heavy-duty train. This train is the first of many heavy-duty train technologies in China: the first to realize the automatic driving of heavy-duty 10000 ton train; the first to apply the operator network in heavy-duty railway; the first to realize the automatic train coupler coupling, uncoupling, wireless reconnection marshalling; the first to set up foreign matter intrusion detection system in heavy-duty railway.
, like UAV technology and auto driving technology, develops very fast in China, including giant trains. In addition to the heavy-duty automatic train, in March this year, CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co., Ltd. also disclosed that the new generation of driverless maglev train independently developed by China will be offline in 2020, and the expected speed is up to 200 kilometers per hour. Of course, there will also be objections, saying that although the train can run automatically, it does not have to be maintained by a driver. What's the difference between this and someone driving? In fact, artificial intelligence and artificial intelligence are not the opposite. Just like many modern airliners have automatic driving functions, automatic driving and artificial driving are not mutually exclusive, but play a complementary role.
artificial intelligence plus artificial will provide double insurance for train operation. In addition, the progress of technology always depends on the initial accumulation. The movement of artificial intelligence on the train is not only to see the benefits now, but also to see the future development. (Wen / Jiang Likang)
