Lianhuashan tunnel of Pumei railway opened successfully

At 10:18 on October 18, with the sound of a gun, the Lianhuashan tunnel, a control project of Pumei railway, was successfully opened, and the two construction teams of China Railway 17th Bureau Group successfully met, which marked the smooth connection of the whole Lianhuashan tunnel, laying a solid foundation for the scheduled opening of PuMei Railway.

* Fujian mountain multiple risks. The main line of the Jianning section to the kweishan section of Pumei railway is 162 km long. The bridge and tunnel occupy more than 90% of the whole line. It is an important link connecting Gan Rui long railway, Changfu railway and Hefu railway. It is an important traffic project to speed up communication between the Yangtze River Delta, the Fujian and the Pearl River Delta.
