Four provinces (regions) of Guangdong, Guangxi, Guizhou and Yunnan conspire for the construction of high-speed railway economic belt

The fifth joint meeting of Guangdong Guangxi Guizhou Yunnan high speed railway economic belt cooperation was held in Guilin, Guangxi on August 18. The theme of this session is "to promote tourism cooperation in the whole region and build the most beautiful high-speed railway economic belt". It aims to gather regional consensus, promote tourism cooperation in the whole region and make new exploration for the development of tourism cooperation across provinces (regions).

Yunnan Province was added in this session, which expanded from three provinces (regions) of Guangdong, Guangxi, Guizhou and Yunnan to four provinces (regions) of Guangdong, Guangxi, Guizhou and Yunnan. Its members also increased from 13 cities (prefectures) to 21. It covers an area of 416400 square kilometers and a population of 102 million. The joint meeting of

deliberated and passed the articles of association of the joint meeting of Guangdong Guangxi Guizhou Yunnan high speed railway economic belt Cooperation (Draft) and the joint action initiative of tourism cooperation in the whole region of Guangdong Guangxi Guizhou Yunnan high speed railway economic belt (Draft). On the same day, the participating cities also signed the framework agreement on regional tourism cooperation of Guangdong Guangxi Guizhou Yunnan high speed railway economic belt, which is committed to integrating resource elements across regions, jointly building regional brands and excellent routes, and jointly building tourism promotion and marketing platforms. At the same time, it also launched the policy of benefiting the people, established a mechanism for inter city tourists to enter the scenic spot with ID card to enjoy preferential tickets, and constantly promoted the construction of tourism routes in the high-speed railway economic belt of Guangdong, Guangxi, Guizhou and Yunnan.
