The industrial and electrical department shall strictly implement the flaw detection and playback system of rail and weld, focusing on the passenger train path and the section where the rail is out of cycle service, so as to avoid missed detection and misjudgment, and improve the detection rate of damage; in combination with the current work of autumn inspection and autumn evaluation, the Department shall carefully analyze and summarize the typical problems such as the turnout damage in recent period, find out the law of change, and seriously solve them. The vehicle and maintenance departments shall strictly implement the driving methods in foggy days to ensure the driving safety in foggy days. Locomotive, vehicle and power supply departments shall strengthen the inspection and cleaning of locomotive, EMU roof equipment and catenary equipment to prevent the occurrence of pollution (FOG) flashover in bad weather. The locomotive and vehicle department continues to promote the repair of locomotive and vehicle in autumn, "three entry" passenger train in autumn quality appraisal and repair of damaged freight cars, so as to comprehensively improve the basic quality of locomotive and vehicle equipment. As the temperature drops, parts of the north will enter winter ahead of time. Relevant railway bureau group companies shall start in advance, actively prepare personnel, materials and measures, organize all staff to participate in the winter training examination, timely distribute the cold proof spare parts in place, further improve the cold prevention and snow removal, fire prevention and other measures, and supervise the implementation of measures. Each equipment management department shall do a good job in the line frost damage investigation, urge relevant units in the northern region to strengthen the line dynamic data analysis, arrange defect rectification in time, increase the frequency of patrol inspection, closely monitor the icing of OCS, timely coordinate and organize the ice breaking and deicing, hot skating and deicing of EMUs (locomotives), strengthen the status inspection of turnout snow melting device, and ensure the equipment in good condition.
