The reconstruction project of Fuzhou railway station of Fuping railway has been completed.

This marks the completion of the station reconstruction project of Fuzhou railway station of Fuping railway, which lays a solid foundation for the connection of Fuping railway to Fuzhou railway terminal and integration into the national rapid railway network next year.

it is understood that the construction of Fuping railway connecting line introduced into Fuzhou Station is led and organized by Fuping railway company, with China Railway 24th Bureau Group as the main body of construction and coordinated by railway electricity, public works, power supply and other units, which is the largest blocking construction in the construction process of Fuping railway. Due to the blocking construction of the upper and lower closure simultaneously, the whole project has a large amount of work, many cross operations, and the construction is difficult, involving many comprehensive works such as construction safety, opening of new equipment, revision of technical regulations, transportation organization adjustment, etc., nearly 1000 construction personnel use the blocking "skylight point" in the early morning to pull the existing Fuzhou liaison line to both sides at the same time, connect with the new liaison line, and introduce Fuzhou Station. After the completion of the construction of

blockade, Fuzhou railway station will carry out the speed-up follow-up test for the newly introduced lines. During the test, 80 passenger trains need to adjust the station tracks, and the station will implement a daily map to ensure the safety and punctuality of the train.

it is reported that Fuping railway from Fuzhou to Pingtan is an important extension of Hefei Fuzhou high speed railway in the national "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway network. It is expected that Fuping railway will have the conditions for opening to traffic in October 2020. After opening to traffic, the space-time distance between Fuzhou and Pingtan will be greatly shortened, forming a half-hour "life circle" and "economic circle", which will serve the people along the line to travel and promote local development.
