Since this year, China Railway Group has held many meetings of the Party group and the leading group for poverty alleviation and development, in-depth learning and understanding a series of important discussions and speeches of General Secretary Xi Jinping on poverty alleviation and relevant documents of the central government, and studying and refining implementation measures in combination with the actual work of railway poverty alleviation. Since this year, on the basis of consolidating the good achievements of the central unit's designated poverty alleviation assessment in 2018, China Railway Group has continued to increase its assistance to the designated poverty alleviation counties and villages at the central and provincial levels, formulated and implemented the work plan required by the "two no worries and three guarantees", strengthened the poverty alleviation project and fund management, strengthened the railway consumption poverty alleviation and other guiding opinions, and precisely implemented the industrial poverty alleviation and consumption poverty alleviation. The poverty alleviation measures, such as poverty alleviation through employment, ambition and wisdom, have been fully affirmed by the working committee of the central and state organs, the Poverty Alleviation Office of the State Council, the party committees and governments at all levels and the poor. Up to now, 121 million yuan has been invested in designated poverty alleviation counties and villages at the central and provincial levels, of which 97.61 million yuan has been invested in four designated poverty alleviation counties and regions, and 65 aid projects have been implemented. We will spare no effort to increase poverty alleviation through consumption, actively develop China Railway Express and railway 12306 e-commerce poverty alleviation platforms, purchase and help sell 76.66 million yuan of agricultural and sideline products in poverty-stricken areas, maximize the employment and income of poverty-stricken people nearby, cultivate and expand the collective economy of poverty-stricken villages, and promote the sustainable development of industries in poverty-stricken areas. At the same time, China Railway Group vigorously implements the "intelligent and zhishuangfu" policy. By taking measures such as party building pairing, cultural migration to the countryside, publicity and guidance, education and training, it creates a strong atmosphere for poverty alleviation, and further stimulates the fighting capacity of the two committees in poor villages and the endogenous power of poverty alleviation for the poor. According to statistics, since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China Railway Group has invested 312 million yuan in the central and provincial designated poverty alleviation counties and villages, helping 67176 households and 271000 people out of poverty. By the end of September, Luanchuan County, Henan Province, which is designated by the central government for poverty alleviation, has officially lifted its hat from poverty, and 53 provincial-level designated poverty alleviation villages have lifted their hats from poverty. Yuanzhou District, Guyuan City, Shaanxi Mianxian County, Hetian County, Xinjiang and other provincial designated poverty alleviation villages in Ningxia have lifted their hats as planned.
