Chengdu-Guizhou High-speed Railway Opened into the "Last Sprint"

Chengdu-Guizhou high-speed railway will usher in the last important node before opening to traffic. On October 5, the authorities learned that the last section of Chengdu-Guizhou high-speed railway from Xingwen to Baiyun of Guiyang is expected to formally enter the joint commissioning stage on October 9. The joint commissioning test lasts for more than two months. If all goes well, the Xingwen-Guiyang section of Chengdu-Guizhou high-speed railway will start operation around December 20, when the whole line of Chengdu-Guiyang high-speed railway will open. The fastest way to get there is from 2 to 50 minutes.

Chengdu-Guizhou high-speed railway is a passenger dedicated line with a total length of 632 kilometers and a design speed of 250 kilometers per hour. Chengdu-Guizhou high-speed railway adopts the mode of "construction by stages and operation by stages", that is, to build a section and put into operation for a section. Among them, the Chengdu Leshan section of Chenggui high speed railway was opened and opened in December 2014, and the Leshan to Yibin section was put into operation in June 15, 2019. At present, Yibin to Guiyang section is in urgent need of construction. The length of the section from Yibin to Guiyang of Chengdu-Guizhou high-speed railway is about 370 kilometers. There are 139 tunnels and 269 bridges. The ratio of bridges to tunnels is as high as 85%, and the slope of some sections reaches 30. It is reported that during the period from the second to the end of the Duan section, the section from Chi to Zhi (within the territory) has completed the joint commissioning test, which basically has the opening conditions. Among them, the main line from Xingwen to Baiyun section is about 289 km long, with 8 new high-speed railway stations, including new street, prestige, Zhenxiong, Bijie, Dafang, Qianxi, Acropolis North (Qingzhen), Baiyun and so on.

The joint commissioning test started on October 9 and lasted until mid-December. The main contents of the test are track, roadbed, bridge, tunnel, electric traction power supply, communication system, signal system, passenger service system, natural disasters and foreign body intrusion detection system, integrated grounding, electromagnetic compatibility, vibration and noise, sound barrier and other projects. In addition, the test will also be carried out at 160, 180, 200, 21 hours. 0, 220, 230, 240, 250 kilometers of equal-speed round-trip step-by-step speed-up test. If the joint commissioning and commissioning goes smoothly, the whole Chengdu-Guizhou high-speed railway line is expected to open around December 20, and Bijie City will step into the era of high-speed rail.
