1. On October 1 and 7, add D6943 between Harbin West Station and Qiqihar Station and D6944 between Qiqihar South Station and Harbin West Station.

2. Adjustment of the operation section
1. From October 13 to December 29, Jiamusi to Tianjin K490 will be temporarily shortened to Jinzhou Station on Sunday, January 1, February 2, March 4. The number of trips will be changed to K4090, and K4090 operation hours and passenger stops will be handled according to K490.
. From October 14 to December 30, Tianjin Kaitian-Jiamusi K489 trips were temporarily shortened from Monday, February, March, April and May to Tuesday, March, April, May and June in Jinzhou.
