Announcement of Prohibitions and Restrictions on Carriage at Railway Stations
According to the Regulations on Railway Safety Management promulgated by the State Council and other national laws, administrative regulations and rules, in order to maintain railway public safety and ensure the safe travel of passengers, the prohibition and restriction on carrying goods at railway stations are announced as follows:
(1) Do not carry the following guns and bullets (including main parts):

(4) Do not carry the following inflammable and explosive articles:
Compressed gases and liquefied gases such as hydrogen, methane, ethane, butane, natural gas, ethylene, propylene, acetylene (soluble in media), carbon monoxide, liquefied petroleum gas, freon, oxygen (except medical oxygen for patients'oxygen), water gas; gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil, benzene, ethanol (alcohol), propylene Flammable liquids such as ketone, ether, paint, thinner, rosin oil and products containing flammable solvents; flammable solids such as red phosphorus, flash powder, solid alcohol, celluloid, foaming agent H; flammable solids such as yellow phosphorus, white phosphorus, nitrocellulose (containing film), oil paper and its products; metal potassium, sodium, lithium, calcium carbide (calcium carbide), magnesium, etc. Aluminum powder and other damp inflammable articles; potassium permanganate, potassium chlorate, sodium peroxide, potassium peroxide, lead peroxide, peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide and other oxidants and organic peroxides.
(5) Do not carry the following highly toxic, corrosive, radioactive, infectious and dangerous articles.
Cyanide, arsenic, selenium powder, phenol and other highly toxic chemicals as well as Tetramine and other highly toxic pesticides (including rodenticides and insecticides); sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, storage batteries (containing potassium hydroxide solid, acid or alkali solution, mercury (mercury) and other corrosive items; radioisotopes, etc. Radioactive articles; pathogens of infectious diseases such as hepatitis B virus, anthrax bacillus, tuberculosis bacillus and HIV; dangerous articles other than those mentioned above listed in the List of Dangerous Goods for Railways and articles of undetermined nature that may be dangerous.
(6) Do not carry the following articles endangering the safety of train operation or public health:
Strong magnets that may interfere with train signals, objects with strong irritating odor, objects with odor and other odors, moving animals (except guide dogs), objects that may interfere with public health, can damage or contaminate stations, train service facilities, equipment and spare parts.

(8) Other prohibitions and restrictions on articles carried by passengers shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of national laws, administrative regulations and rules.
(9) Those who carry the aforementioned articles in violation of regulations shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the laws and regulations of the State.
