Train Ticket Refund Policy
Ticket Policy
Once PandaTrips has received your payment, an email will be sent to confirm your booking. You can also follow your current booking status on PandaTrips website.
If ticket purchase has failed, a full refund will be issued and paid into your bank account within 7 days.
Ticket Refund Requests:
1) Ticket refund hours: 06:00–22:55 and at least 3 hours prior to departure.
2) If you need to refund your tickets between 22:55 and 06:00 or your tickets have already been picked up, please go to the railway station's refund window with a valid ID.
Ticket Refund Handling Fee:
1) 15+ days prior to departure: free
2) 49 hours-15 days prior to departure: 5% of ticket price
3) 25-49 hours prior to departure: 10% of ticket price
4) Within 25 hours before departure: 20% of ticket price.
Refund amount is subject to the railway authority.
PandaTrips cannot change or cancel tickets that have already been picked up; please go to the railway station's refund window with your ticket and valid ID (this should be the same as the one used for your booking).
